Jumbo Time Wines and Westholme partnered on a dinner as Westholme’s first ever Wagyu and Wine night. Jumbo Time Wines supplied the Chef of the evening, Chef Chad Colby of Antico Nuovo who made an Italian inspired menu with Westholme Wagyu.
Both Jumbo and Chef Chad were responsible for inviting chefs and other industry contacts to attend as their guests. This event was a sit-down dinner with 50 key industry people to connect with new chef partners and grow our Westholme community with the right individuals.
